I worked with the Director of Education to develop and execute Prive's "Concierge Program". We took the top 25 salons and brought them into our corporate office to train and reward them for their sales growth. We developed incentives for stylist and managers to be brand focused and increase their retail sales by 15% to 25%. We also set up a reward when they met their goals by giving them special technical and retail training with top guest artists to keep them motivated.I was responsible for teaching, cutting, dresswork and product usage classes to salon professionals. In addition I worked with Prive' educators to develop their selling and technical skills.

Elevated West Coast account sales by 23% from 1996 to 2004. Helped revamp Essentials, Vavoom and Sleek presentation materials to improve customized message to appeal to top salon markets.
