Update the Infor brand design including all print and online materials, and all corporate assets. Educate clients, both internal and external on brand standards and ensure all work is within brand. Maintain and update digital assets in content management system; customizing all photography to be reflective of brand identity. Key resource for transitioning Lawson materials and processes into the Infor brand. Collaborate with marketing managers, copywriters, web developers, and branding to develop new creative campaigns and campaign assets.

Provide leadership and creative direction to ensure the Lawson brand identity is expressed consistently across all touchpoints. Create design solutions for a variety of marketing campaigns across diverse business units. Work closely with marketing communications director and external vendor to plan and execute annual Lawson customer user event, with over 4,000 attendees. Manage and evaluate external agencies and freelancers on an ongoing basis. Develop creative tradeshow and event strategies that enhance the customer/prospect experience.

Develop and maintain company's brand image and guidelines. Design and direct the design of a variety of marketing materials including brochures, direct mail, promotional campaigns, monthly publications, tradeshow graphics, and interactive CDs. Lead creative designer working on a variety of marketing materials including print, web, multimedia and display, for both client and sales rep audiences. Effectively collaborate with marketing executives and directors, copywriters, web developers, and event planners. Direct and oversee the work of outside resources. Assist in skill acquisition and training for production staff.

Develop design strategies that reinforce brand identity and maintain corporate messaging. Lead designer working primarily on high-visibility projects. Projects involve both print and electronic media for a number of audiences including producers, customers and employees. Supervise staff of graphic designers and production artists. Core member of both an internet and intranet redesign team.
