Primary responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact between Virginia Housing Development LLC "VHDLLC" (the development arm of ARHA), its institutional investors and the State Housing Finance Agency; monitoring all credit commitments, quarterly financial and management reporting, and oversight of property performance. In addition, I oversee strategic asset compliance, project planning and risk analysis across VHDLLC’s portfolio of projects.
