My hospitality career began 35 years ago at the Ramada Inn, Houma, LA in 1987. In 1992, I moved to the Mississippi Gulf Coast and began working at the Holiday Inn, Biloxi. Working my way through the company, achieving the position of Director of Sales and Catering for the Holiday Inn and the Holiday Inn Express, Biloxi 1995-2005. From 2009-2014, I was the Sales Manager for the Hampton Inn Biloxi/Ocean Spring and promoted to General Manager; 2014-2019, completing a 2 million dollar renovation before accepting a position as General Manager for a new Hampton Inn & Suites Diberville Biloxi, MS; opened in 2020. I received an Associates of Science Degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, 2012 and my Certified Hospitality Sales Professional from the American Hotel and Lodging, Educational Institute in October 1997. Now I own my own travel agency, assisting travelers in the Corporate, Government, and Leisure Markets find extended housing, vacation cottages, or All -inclusive, Cruises ,Universal, Disney and so much more.
