Worked for Wipro ITSM Practice Team under Problem Management division. I was responsible for:❖ Ensuring best ITIL practices are being followed across all projects under Wipro ITSM practice❖ Auditing & verifying the RCA documents before client submission ensuring accuracy & quality❖ Advising & mentoring account teams on prevention of major outages, ticket tracking etc❖ Preparing & publishing weekly reports & dashboards for senior management to make informed decisions
