Consult and support organisation with the execution of their hiring, outplacement and mobility strategy by offering HR/recruitment software.

My activities during my sabbatical were: Reading, sports, travel, learn thai, teaching tennis.

Advising local government organisations with the optimization of their HR and Payroll processes.

Advising key accounts / prospects on online employer branding and recruitment.Responsible for the verticals engineering, ICT and chemical industry.

Advising accounts / prospects about optimizing their logistics and the associated cost savings through use of the FedEx network.

Recruteren/opleiden en managen van een telemarketing team met 5 medewerkers voor de verkoop van verzamelaarsobjecten. Opstellen van belscripts, bewaken van de orderverwerking en management rapportage.

At DHL as my first employer I held 3 positions being a combined function Customer Service and After Sales Agent, Customer Service Supervisor and Senior Telesales Representative.The tasks within these functions were:Order taking/booking shipments, tracing delayed shipments and claim handling. Managing a team of 11 Customer Service Agents. Selling logistic services offered by DHL.
