I spent over twenty years with a company I loved while climbing the ladders of opportunity. The only place left was moving to the corporate office, and I didn’t have space in my DNA for that transition. I knew that I was ready to do something different, and I acted on it. After spoiling myself for two years, and traveling in more than 40 countries, I became ready to settle down again and work with people that I see every day. And instead of managing hundreds, I am responsible for myself only. CROP Creative has grown on me, and it’s because of relationship building. Creating those relationships while free to be my own special sort of weirdo, is my definition of success. ☺️
