I am a result driven and out of the box thinker with immense passion for Information Technology. I look for opportunities to challenge myself and extend my knowledge into various branches of IT. I like to keep myself engaged and immersed in systems used in enterprise infrastructure. I have proper understanding of Windows and Apple operating systems. I have also worked and troubleshooted physical and virtual server like vSphere, Hyper-V and AWS. I also have knowledge about IP Telephony and managed systems like WebEx, Broadsoft and 8x8. I have more than 3+ years of experience which have led to me having superior customer management, phone etiquettes and problem solving. Also, with my knowledge in networking from my Bachelors degree has helped me troubleshoot, manage and configure networking devices. I have also have experience troubleshooting networking devices such as DrayTek, Fortinet, Fortiget, Unifi and Peplink routers.
