I was responsible for a small team of 20 people, whose job involved reserving flights, hotels and car hire. We dealt with calls from people in the north and south of Ireland and we had over 15 routes between Ireland, the UK and Europe.My job was to ensure the smooth running of the office, organise staff rotas, arrange and conduct training courses, carry out staff appraisals and liaise with senior staff in our head office in Exeter on a regular basis.

I was responsible for corporate accounts and missionary travel in World Travel Centre. My daily duties involved planning and reserving extensive tailor-made travel arrangements such as Round the World tickets and Multiple Journey tickets.
