Dee is a Personal Trainer, Strength Coach and Nutritionist. He has been certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, Senior Conditioning Specialist and many other certifications. Dee was a student-athlete at Angelo State University where he played football for 4 years and graduated in 2002 with a major in Kinesiology and a minor in sociology. He also played a year of professional football in the arena league. His fitness background includes being a personal trainer before becoming a General Manager for a major health club. Shortly afterwards in 2006 Dee became the owner of an Adventure Boot Camp, which was one of the largest fitness programs in the country. In 2014 he became a certified strength coach and started personal training. After 7 years of studying, researching and learning from the top fitness and nutrition experts Dee developed a unique system and company in Champion Strength and Conditioning. CSC has the highest level of training and nutritional customized programs.
