Office Services Assistant
CurrentWorking for Corporate Administration under facilities. Provide general office services to internal staff such as installing furniture's, call building maintenance and outside vendors for repairs and installations, order office supplies and ergonomic equipment's, back up to receptionist by answering and transferring calls and greeting guests, manages all couriers and regular mail activities, maintain training rooms and staff lounges and troubleshoot all photo copiers and call maintenance when required . My main goals are to always provide outstanding customer service to all employees and to obtain their trust and expectations through my performance.
