Created and launched first music department at new church in Athens. Many people said a new church that targeted students would not go because students are so fickle and broke. With butdget planning, and a marketing strategy to the students as well as the folks not reached by traditional churches, it's still going strong today.

Staffed daily housekeeping and maintenance assignments, managed HR, billing, inventory and systems. Increased productivity and turnaround 25% by developing staff and managing their performance. Identified best practices and taught new skills with engaging and interesting methods. Designed and implemented invoicing system that reduced preparation time by more than 50% and improved data integrity.

Helped develop, install and grow the audio visual department at First MCC. Great experience working with an all volunteer staff. In charge of AV for 3 services a week, both live and recording of services and special events. We were in charge of producing videos and audio recordings for ministry and sale.
