Presently, I'm part of the Global Corporate Communications team at Tata Sons. Here I lead the Tata Group's Internal Communications efforts, driven through the intranet platform. Prior to this, I was leading Digital Communications and Corporate Branding as part of the Corporate Communications team at Glenmark.My role as the brand custodian included developing and driving a corporate brand and communication strategy globally, based on business objectives and the company ethos. I handled development of key messages to inform, engage and inspire audience groups, towards solidifying Glenmark's reputation and brand identity via corporate social media and other digital channels. Previously, I was working with L'Oréal as a Manager for Corporate Communications. I handled Social Media outreach for the organizations's corporate identity, Internal Communications campaigns, senior management messaging, internal corporate brand building, employee engagement along with select external communications projects. I have also worked with Tata Consultancy Services as a Corporate Communications Executive.Publishing content on TCS' global platforms & corporate blogging formed part of my job profile, along with internal branding. I developed content around awards, events and company news. I was involved in communication of senior management initiatives and messages, as well as strategizing, developing and executing internal communication campaigns. I covered events as part of the editorial team for TCS’ in house magazine. I handled & promoted the organization's internal e-commerce website, which hosts TCS' branded merchandise.I was part of TCS' Project & Knowledge Management Office where I drove Internal Communication exercises for the department and knowledge dissemination, along with ensuring the most efficient deployment of globally standardised in house systems for all TCS' employees previously. I have an executive certification from NMIMS Mumbai in Corporate Communications. My MBA is in Finance and in this duration, I interned with Vodafone for their Credit Rating Department. Prior to my MBA, I worked with Edelweiss Securities as an Equity Advisor.I have completed my M.Com, and my graduation is in Commerce with specialization in Banking & Insurance. In the three years of my graduation, I worked part time with HSBC Bank Ltd. and completed internships with HDFC Bank and HDFC Standard Life. For the duration of my education I have maintained a percentage of above 70% and have actively participated in many sports and varied co-curricular activities.
