A new venture, where I started my journey in the recruitment world and learnt everything that I know! - My first RPO assignment was of hiring sales executives, at a technology product company which was a start-up - Then I seconded into one of our most prestigious accounts within the travel and loyalty domain, - where I got exposure to hiring technology folks, for PERM as well as C2H - The roles were a combination of niche and vanilla skills, like Java developers, architects, leads, UI developers, Cloud engineers, architects, DevOps engineers, architects, Product analysts, owners, managers, DBA and QAs

Joined Jana as a fresher, got exposure to various functions in the organization during the training period - Starting from Collections, where I was deployed to a branch in Bangalore, to understand the core business of the organization and contribute to the same - I worked with a team of collection executives, and was awarded for doing the highest collections in one day(100 accounts) - Also, got an opportunity to work closely with the Jana centre head, to learn the functioning of the branch - Post this I was moved to assist the legal department, where I was responsible to conduct Lok Adalats for the entire North region and with the successful conduct of the same, was able to revive a sum of 4 crores ** And then I got a role in the HR department as a Manpower planning specialist! - My core responsibility included budgeting resources for 400+ branches across the country - Database management - Referral payouts, Cost per hire zone-wise, data analysis, resulting in effective and efficient utilization of the available resources - Vendor management - Invoicing, analyzing the success rate with vendors
