Completed a 2 month training program covering the 4 core departments of ITC Hotels: Housekeeping, Front Office Management, Food and Beverage Production, and Food and Beverage Service. Acquired comprehensive, hands-on experience and developed a deep understanding of each department’s role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining operational excellence.
