Responsible for maintaining books and records and calculation of fund Net Asset Values.Diverse work on various Investran Modules.Reviewing financial statements and associated reports, including performance metrics for monthly/quarterly reporting.Review calculations of carried interest/performance/incentive fees.Review calculations and investor allocations for capital calls, distributions and equalization and PCAPs.Work closely with the Investor Relations team to respond to investor queries and to disseminate capital activity and other investor notices.Maintaining relationships with investors, investment advisors/managers, banks and auditors and other fund participants.Assisting auditors and other fund participants and advisers.Participating in projects that may be defined from time to time in connection with the continuing expansion and evolution of the business.

End to End cash management within the fund i.e preparation of cashbook, sources & uses reconciliation, cash forecast model, Receivable Management, Payable ManagementPreparation of Life of Fund model to assess the ROI basis certain assumptions for future cash flows and also assessing the impact on ROI based on sector concentrationQuarterly preparation of SPV Financials to arrive at the NAV of underlying investments, end to end balance sheet commentary and P&L analysisQuarterly calculation of management fees & carried interest (performance fees)Assistance in Statutory & Internal AuditReview of Capital statement working & notices, capital call notices & distribution noticesPreparation of Capital contribution & Internal loan funding documents

Reporting to PRA under Basel III norms at Group level for Capital and Risk reports.• Responsible for production of divisional RWA figures for Operational risk for HSBC Group.• Preparing quarterly returns like Investment of capital in other banks, Proportionately ConsolidatedAssociates Upload and KPI for HSBC Group.• Reconciliation of IFRS Balance Sheet to Balance sheet as per regulatory norms.• Interfacing with the offshore teams and in-country partners for various reviews and ProcessStreamlining.

USGAAP and IFRS reporting for Derivatives.-Monthly review of the PnL and balance sheet and commentary for the key corporate entities, -monthly/quarterly reconciliation and journals.-Quarterly, Semi-annual and annual disclosures for the entity including Fair-Value reporting.-Performing Analytical reviews and analysis to be submitted to various stake-holders.-Contribute toward process improvements through ongoing review of processes/ methods of data collection and report preparation to create efficiencies and eliminate non-value added work.-Performing SOX tests and account ownerships for the entity.-Ensure reconciliation of the reporting System data (Regulatory reporting & Capital Calculation) and ledger balances for Cash Securities, Brokerage and Loan products. Posting tactical adjustments for trades in STAR.-Understanding of the upstream and downstream systems and their impact on the entire data flow.-Preparing annual financial statements notes, as per IFRS accounting standards.
