SEIU is a labor union representing almost 1.9 million workers in over 100 occupations in the United States and Canada. SEIU is focused on organizing workers in three sectors: healthcare public services and property services.Summary: This project is set up in NetSuite and linked to a Web Portal. It has a system where different levels of approval are needed for all transactions like Purchase requisitions, Purchase orders, and vendor bills. When a transaction is created, an approval matrix will be generated based on defined rules. Then, the approval process happens in NetSuite and is connected to the website.Solution: A complex workflow was set up and connected to a website.ROLE: Project Manager• Prepared LOE and Timeline• Daily Standups and team handling• MOM Preparation• Given Demos and UAT and GO LIVE Support to the Client.

Internal Project Salesforce is a platform that provides Enterprise Software in the field of marketing, sales, CRM, and other essential business administration services.Summary: In this Project, we are implementing some customizations, effective reports, Customized fields, and a Modified email body template, etc.Solution: As per the client’s requirement we have implemented custom fields and prepared email templates and reports.ROLE: BA and QA• Creation of BRD as per client requirements.• Creation of FDD• Creation of Test Scenarios/Case• Preparing for the Salesforce-Administration certification.

Project: EVO | TMW Invoicing ProcessEVO Transportation and Energy Services is one of the largest and fastest-growing transportation providers to the U.S. Postal Service.Summary: EVO Transportation &Energy Services uses another system at their end, i.e., TMW Systems. They needed to connect that with NetSuite. Purchase Order needs to be sent from TMW to NetSuite via FTP Server. Dell Boomi was used as a mediator to pick CSV files from the FTP Server and create POs in NetSuite. Then Vendor Bills and Invoices, Credit Memos, and Vendor Payments will be created at a certain event. In this project, both the below-mentioned live processes were merged.Solution: We created a process where they just needed to put a CSV file in the FTP server, other things will be done automatically.ROLE: QA LeadProject: EVO | Vendor PortalEVO Transportation and Energy Services is one of the largest and fastest-growing transportation providers to the U.S. Postal Service.Summary: EVO has some vendors that don’t have NetSuite access. For them, they needed some way to connect them with NetSuite without providing them access.Solution: We created a portal for them in the form of a website. In this project, NetSuite was used as a Database Management tool. EVO Transportation and Energy Services needed a process where they could calculate their monthly revenue, expense, and profit automatically. Previously they used to export all data into an Excel sheet and calculate and merge the required details in a new Excel sheet. This was a complete manual and very hectic process.Solution: We created a process where they just needed to click a button, Calculate Contract Profitability, and everything will be calculated, and a record will be created for each contract for the current month automatically.• Worked with end-users to understand business needs to find the best solutions.• Prepared documentation as per the requirements and verified from the end-users.• Creation of Test Scenarios/Cases• Creation of matrix for Test cases stability and Bug Counts• Preparation of CSV file for the whole month and performed End-to-End Testing.• Performed Functional / Happy-Path / Negative / Sanity / Smoke / Regression / End-to-End Testing in that.• Given Demos and UAT Support to the Client.• Using JIRA for Bug tracking.

I started at this company as a trainee. I learned about ERP (which includes all its parts) and how to test things manually and automatically. I got better at quality assurance (QA) and did well at it too.
