Senior Executive: Customer Relations Management Key responsibilities and deliverables: Responsible for after sales customer journey post the booking stage for which involves documentation, collections and resolution of queries. 1. Ensure adherence of SOPs and timelines for the process to be completed.2. Responsible for meeting collection targets, making reports on the same. 3. Engaging with different domains of the team to understand the project and it’s deliverables to keep the customer informed.4. Senior Executive - Land and Development Services (Transaction Advisory Services) 1. Responsible for generating supply of good land parcels for Outright Sale/ Joint Venture/ Joint Development etc.2. Prepare Information memorandums, presentations with regards to land transactions. Surveying the market to collect relevant information for better delivery.3. Maintaining a database of land supply within the team. Standardize existing supply.4. Cold calls to landowners/developers as a act of business development.5. Coordinate with team members and arrange meetings with landowners/HNIs/Corporates/ developers to generate leads/ supply of land

Project Lead1. Involved in conducting audits against the predetermined standards and make an feasibility report to help in the deal making.2. Plan for resources and timelines for assigned properties in line with given budget and time commitments.3. Manage inventory of materials; resolve any issues related to quality and keep a check on utilization to ensure efficient utilization of company resources. 4.
