I am conducting interdisciplinary research by galvanizing the fields of human resource management, psychology, and neuroscience. My Postdoctoral research focuses on understanding Emotional Intelligence and its association with productivity and decision-making capability. At present, I am working on the Emotional Intelligence in the Affect and Cognition Lab, and on the Adaptive Intelligence in the Robert Sternberg Lab at Cornell University. My Ph.D. research was in Emotional Intelligence and finding its association with self-efficacy in real-time with a customized software build by me on PHP/SQL which is improvised on Python at present. The research was implemented using: * Statistical analysis Multivariate regression, Multinomial (LOGIT/PROBIT/TOBIT) regression, OLS (Ordinary Least Square), MLE (Maximum Likelihood Estimate). * Factorial analysis: ANOVA/MANCOVA/MANOVA, Hierarchical regression analysis.* Working on time series, locus of control, and cross-sectional data.* Developing and applying new measurement tools with improvised accuracy and reduced SDRs: new software to detect brain laterality for emotions.* Designing efficient surveys for experimental and observational studies.* Building interactive offline and online classroom sessions for students for better pedagogic events.* Working on psychometric and econometric analysis.* Programming in Eviews, SPSS, AMOS, STATA.Looking forward to collaborative research with niche direction that can help mankind to move one step forward in society.
