• Almost 5 years of experience in International recruitments.• Experience in implementing various end-to-end recruitment in IT.• Seek out and source new clients by developing networks and independently identifying and developing relevant resources for sales and business development.• Ability to handle end to end recruitment cycle.• Ability to handle customer relationship management, provide strong customer consultative skills and work in a large team environment.• Hands on experience and good understanding in various geographical area viz. US.• Strong knowledge in IT Recruitment & Non-IT Requirement.• Have Through knowledge on Recruitment process, sourcing.• Expertise in recruiting, H1's, Citizens, GC's, EADs consultants.• Experience on portals like Dice, Monster, and Career Builder, Naukri.• Understanding of US Tax terms and Visas, Source candidates on W2/Corp to Corp Basis.• Well versed with Corp-to-Corp, Contract-to-Hire, and Full time positions.• Have strong knowledge regarding Visa status of US. (US Citizen, Green Card, H1-B, EAD - OPT, CPT, L2, H4, TN and E3 (Australian Visa)).• Experience with working with offshore and onsite teams.• Developing and executing sales plans to meet or exceed sales goals.• Interacting with the vendors and consultants. Establishing rapport with the vendors for further references. Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.• Strong zeal to recruit & develop the recruitments cycle with an equal desire to excel and win.• Good organizing and coordination skills coupled with good interpersonal and communication skills. Strong client interaction.• Have strong organizational skills, time management, Self-Motivation, strong work ethics, effective communicator.
