Client Management Responsibility:• Completely responsible of handling the new clients and the exsiting clients.• Getting the requirements from the clients and understanding about the requirements.• Validating the requirements before sharing it with the delivery team.• Validating the profiles before sending it to the client.• Continuous follow ups for the feedbacks and offer generation.• Working on all the three different models of permanent hiring, contract hiring and contract to hire staffing• Preparing the weekly sales report which includes the no: of requirements, has been shared, profiles submitted to the client and the conversion ratio.• Individually handling all the above-mentioned clients along with the few existing clients.• Meeting prospective clients as well as present clients for developing and maintaining the better rapport.• Keep management informed by submitting activity and result reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans etc.Team Management Responsibility:• Handling the delivery team of size 8.• Daily doing market research on target companies and fixing up the appointment for client meeting.• Daily meetings with the delivery team about requirements and the targets.• Co-ordinating between the delivery team and the clients for the interview schedules.• Involved in salary negotiations between the client and the candidate.• Co-ordinating with the delivery team to ensure that candidate joins on board.• Validating the daily reports from the delivery team and act accordingly for better productivity.
