Derivative Collateral OperationExperience in UMR Reg IM and EMIR regulations.Experience in OTC Collateral Operations with fair understanding of ISDA, CSA and OTC derivative trade life cycle.Check on collateral settlement for both stock (CREST, Euro Clear & FED) & cash working with brokers and custodians to settle in timely manner.Monitor TPA (Triparty Agreement) and timely settlement on Triparty collateral for Initial margin agreements.(Euroclear, BNY, Clearstream)Experience with Bilateral OTC trades.• Credit Default Swaps• Interest Rate Swaps• Total Return Swaps• FX/Currency Options• Interest Rate Swaption• Credit Default Swaption

Confirmation with clients of amount to be settled in relation of coupons payment for Interest, credit or equity derivative trades.Performing the posting of IOO and custody client’s book keeping in (Fund Master)Managing day to day activities of the collateral, posted both to the bank’s bilateral counterparties and counterparty clearing houses within collateral optimization team.
