• Coordinating and supporting all functions related to Training needs and assessment, maintaining the PMS • Driving Engagement activities like- new joiners’ feedback, coordinating of reward programs of the employees• Managing complete Payroll process• Coordinating onboarding and induction of new employees into the organization.• Managing end to end recruitment activities and maintaining the documentation of new joiners. • Facilitating background and pre-employment check-ups for new recruits and coordinating their performance Appraisal.• Providing support to employees on human resource related matter, policies and procedure. • Reviewing and presenting the MIS to the management.• Handling internal and external(NABH) audit• Conducting exit interviews for the employees leaving the Organization.• Inter departmental coordination for effective talent management.

• Extensive experience in end to end recruitment and hands on experience in external and internal hiring• Experience in working with full time positions for technical and non-technical requirements• Timely communicate result and feedback all candidates ensuring applicant delight• Handling employee grievances and maintaining the records of the employee’s attendance. • Conducting induction program for the new joiners and arranging various workshops for employees to strengthen the team and performance.
