• Inventory Planning and Requisitioning• Review the scope of notifications then adds, removes and/or clarifies scope items• Review the scope of work(UWL) and Inspection report (IREP)• Identify and order the materials with long-lead time for delivery during turnaround planner• Preparation of BOM for all the Equipment’s as per SOP & drawing.• Responsible to field verify and identify the required materials, look for alternative materials wherever necessary in consultation with the Area planner/leader• Coordinate with Area operational planner to obtain master blind list and hydro test blind list with marked P&ID’s, there by updating BOM and reserve the materials accordingly.• Initiate to create new items in alliance with the end-users & support Cataloguing in SAP• Verify the BOM against the material availability & reservation of the materials. • Identifying material in SAP, check the warehouse stock & in case of unavailability request for PR.• Assist MSPD for solving the technical queries in RFQ’s.• Record and summarize total blinds required for turnaround• Initiate action to correct the bill of materials if there is any discrepancy found during review and updating BOM. • Create work order, based on Material Control List, feed the materials into respective work orders in SAP.• Do the pick-listing of the materials as per reservation.• Maintain accurate paperwork, job reports, and keep accurate paperwork of materials run in the whole.• Carry out inspection of the received material against the PO description, Quality & quantity• Record discrepancy for shortage, damage, specification mismatch & excess quantity, report to procurement team.• Preparation of report on weekly basis for received material, discrepancies & issued materials.Work closely with Project Team to ensure proper and timely delivery of supplies including follow-up with suppliers for on-time delivery.

Project : MA'ADEN ALUMINIUM MINE SERVICESJOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Interpretation of drawings and guiding the contractors to execute the work.  Solve construction problems and difficulties arising due to discrepancies in design or material incompatibility. Understand piping Isometrics, structure, equipment and detailed drawings for construction and erection. Make day-to-day planning and monitor the progress at site.  Coordination with vendor/consultant for technical deviations/concessions; Expediting at vendors’ works for target achievement / timely project Selection and issue required of materials as per drawings and codes.  Ensure that the work is carried out as per standards, drawings, maintaining quality and safety.  Preparing and Raising RFI’s at various stages of inspection and for various activities (Pad Plate inspection, Fit-up & Welding inspection, NDT inspection, Alignment, Bolt Tightening, Gratings fixing, Handrail erection, etc.) QA/QC Coordination with inter-company departments, contractors, Sub-contractors and Vendors Approval & Monitoring implementation of company’s / contractor’s / vendor’s Quality Management Systems; Generating Weekly QC reports. Review of Shop inspection reports/Test certificates/Mill certificates; Review of PO requirements’ compliance with ITP & Testing reports. Arrange stage wise inspection as required and get clearance from competent authority.  Closely coordinating with Contractor to make sure job execute as per schedule Communicating daily look ahead to the concern Key persons to predict the delay Contractor Manpower & Equipment tracking job wise Monitoring the Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Testing & Commissioning Progress Actively produce weekly and monthly progress report, list of pending deliverables, Float report data and highlight all active issues.
