-Responsible for investigating cases based on the receipt of inbound messaging via SWIFT regarding a Euro wire transfer.-End-to-end ownership of the inquiry while communicating with debit and credit parties to resolve the underlying inquiry as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures.-In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in all Investigation query types such as Return of funds, Unable to Apply, Amendment, BCNR, Recall, OFAC, FATF, Back-Valuation and fraud.-Supported both Financial Institutions and Corporate/ Retail Segments within EURO investigations.

-Sourcing candidates from various job portals like shine.com, LinkedIn, iimjobs, updazz, Naukri, etc.-Screening candidates by reviewing their resumes and filtering the candidates matching the hiring criteria.-Working on research and analysis for providing creative content to the firm.
