My journey began with a strong commitment to volunteering, accumulating over 15 years of diverse experience across various sectors.Currently, I serve as the Associate Vice President at GiftAbled, where I lead the Center of Excellence in Skilling and Merchandising.At GiftAbled Foundation, I oversee Project Swatantra, collaborating with corporate partners on CSR initiatives to provide sustainable livelihood training to rural populations, particularly focusing on People with Disabilities. Additionally, as the Merchandise Head, I work closely with over 50 NGOs, SHGs, and vocational centers nationwide, supporting artisans with disabilities, acid attack victims, transgenders, and caregivers of children with disabilities.
