There is dearth of resources in languages apart from English. Manual translation is tedious and expensive task. In this work of ours, we proposed a tool which can reduce the effort of a user in translation process.Tool for Mining Bilingual Translational Equivalents (BMT Tool) is aimed at providing a Translation dictionary which has its importance in cross-Lingual Information Retrieval (CLIR) and in Machine Translation areas during query processing and information retrieval.Tool has mainly two modules, first module analyses a comparable corpus (Wikipedia) and generates an approximate list of possible translations for a word list.Second module validates the translations manually by loading the generated list into an interface which provides the functionality for the user to choose a word from the list of possible translations and select the appropriate translation and save the translation pair.
