Pairing Irish food & drink products is a hugely significant means to support and nurture Irish culinary culture. It also brings people together and provides excellent local revenue streams for the Irish hospitality sector. This is the key message behind the Beár Bia podcast. Brewers chatting with cheesemakers, distillers hanging out with chefs, etc - all of it recorded, filmed & photographed on site at different locations for the podcast.
