After much success, in 1993 together they opened one Mega Steakhouse concept, Del Frisco's Double Eagle. In 1995 the concept was sold to Lone Star Steakhouse & Saloon for a record $23 million.★ Lincoln joined Lone Star Steakhouse & Saloon, a public company, as Vice-President of Operations for the next eleven years. Intrigued by CEO Jamie Coulter's vision to expand Del Frisco's Double Eagle successful formula, Lincoln assisted in opening additional restaurant operations in Fort Worth, Denver, Las Vegas and New York.★ In December 2006, Lone Star Steakhouse & Saloon sold the Del Frisco's Double Eagle concept to Dallas-based Lone Star Funds, which took the company private. Lincoln and Lone Star Funds continued to expand the brand with openings in Charlotte, Houston and Philadelphia. ★ Lincoln is known as the "QUEEN OF STEAKS" for her work in the Steakhouse industry. Co Founder of Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steakhouse- from its inception as independent steakhouse, to joining a publicly held company, to its transition back to a privately owned company. ★ Lincoln realized that an era had come to an end. In 2010, she resigned her position. ★ Her next endeavor garnered her national attention with the debut of Dee Lincoln's Tasting Room & Bubble Bar located in the Dallas Cowboy's AT&T Stadium. ★ Lincoln, Founder of Dee Lincoln Prime launched the creation of her namesake in 2017.
