In this role my ongoing goal is to improve and implement processes, tools, and best practices which enable effective resource management and business operations. This includes managing a global team who drive profitability and success of projects through strategic planning and analytics. I work hand in hand with recruiting, sales, finance, external vendors, and delivery teams to manage and mitigate complex business needs. What I enjoy most is people ops, capacity and revenue forecasting, headcount and change management, process implementation, and mergers/acquisitions. My love language is spreadsheets.

Responsible for maintaing goals within the shareholder services department in order to properly assist clients, advisers, and institutions with JPMorgan funds and accounts.Communicate with a multitude of departments on a daily basis regarding details of JPMC funds and services.Process redemption, reallocation, and purchase requests for JPMC mutual fund accounts through phone servicing.

In this position I worked with a multitude people internally and externally to oversee and complete the not for profit registration project. Our goal for the semester was to properly prepare financial documents, budgets, and establish a timeline for the organization's State of Virginia 501c3 nonprofit certification. During my time in the capitol I gained experience in communication, account management, financial planning, and priceless organizational skills.

With OTR I focused on learning about the inner financial, managerial, and PR workings of a non-profit organization. The greatest benefit being hands on experience in the community. Among other duties, my primary responsibility was to head a project aimed at creating an online program in order to track behavior and actions of program participants. We did this through daily scaled reporting in google docs, on an user friendly/portable tablet.

Aid residents in moving, room consolidation, office tasks and reports, event management, office hours and nights on duty in the hall.
