- Documentation of all organization expenditures including salary, tenders, renting of vehicles and buildings, programs expenditures as well as all procurement relevant documents (PRs, offers).- Following up on the procurement lines in the budget and inform the supervisor accordingly.- Auditing all finance and procurement documents and make sure they are in line with the Organizations and donor procedures.- Preparing templates for salaries and expenditures and reporting to the finance officer accordingly.

- Participate in protection monitoring visits to locations across Erbil Governorate, and interview families in order to complete protection monitoring assessments.- Respond to the needs of individuals through referrals to PARC lawyers, civil society organizations, local authorities, other NGOs, and UNHCR. Ensure timely and adequate follow-up for every case referred.- Strengthen communication and coordination with other humanitarian service providers and establish a referral mechanism with them.- Coordinate with local authorities, community leaders, security institutions, and other public institutions to facilitate Protection Monitoring activities and to gather information on the ability of IDPs/Refugees to access basic services and rights.- Write analytical weekly reports in English, for submission to the PARC Manager and protection Team leaders.

- Supervising the community center in IDPs camp.- Assist and lead, where appropriate, training for protection actors, community, youth, etc. on GBV prevention and response including a strong focus on the rights of IDPs, Refugees, and GBV survivors.- Attend camp based GBV, protection, and coordination meetings, build networks within the camp community.- Identify protection challenges that women and girls are facing in accessing services.- Conducting PSS activities for girls and women.- Assisting in monitoring and evaluation of the project through the project cycle.- Preparing PR (procurement request) based on the needs of the project activities and in coordination with the logistic department.

- Conduct MRE (mine risk education) in targeted communities following the operational plan.- Train key people in the communities to become MRE (mine risk education) trainers.- Function as a community liaison between stakeholders/actors. And as an interviewer during assessments of targeted communities.- Maintain good relationships with other mine action interventions in the area.

- Providing informal education lessons for adolescents at the center.- Providing recreational activities for children in the center.- Meeting with the Committee for Parents of Students and Children to discuss the students ’conditions and the problems they face.- Carrying out awareness campaigns inside the camp concerning dealing with children and adolescents.- Integration of children with special needs with children of the center.

- Conducting a needs assessment and service mapping survey.- Conducting awareness-raising related to the security and safety of the camp residents.- Distribution of material (blankets, food items, etc.).- Conducting Recreational activities (educational, sports) for the pupils within the school.
