A/p team leader Accountant - Burooj Properties From: NOV. 2011 to: Present dateResponsibilities:• Allocation and reconciliation for Abu Dhabi , Alain , North en Emirates pools Account• Receiving& verifyinh all payment submitted by of Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Northern Emirates (W&E ,maintenance, security & rent refund, insurance, legal,….) payments.• Invoices to be registered in Oracle system• Checking owner provision account and Paid invoices• Prepare the batch to send to bank• Audit maintenance, security & rent refund, insurance, and legal payments.• Prepare weekly annalistic report of the outstanding NSF (Non-Sufficient Fund payments and management fees).• Prepare and ensuring execution journal vouchers done.• Process vendor and supplier invoices, in a timely manner, verifying accuracy, approvals and account coding in accordance with Ministry and agency requirements.• Prepare and maintain pre-authorize payments monthly or as required.• Respond to vendor inquiries as required. • Prepare payment adjustment forms where required.• Respond to client or payer account inquiries as required• Prepare Adjusting & Transferring entries on the system.
