Dee Mason is the founder and president of Working Partners®, the recognized leader in Ohio for comprehensive, current information and programming on all issues related to drug-free workplace operations.For over twenty years Working Partners® has conceptualized systems-of-access for Drug-Free Workplace Programming (DFWP) with clients including governments, managed care organizations, insurance and workers' compensation networks, unions and national specialty-industry organizations. The company also directly serves over 1700 a year end user employers to develop and implement DFWPs providing legally-sound policies, state-of-the-art education and training, trouble-shooting and consortium services such as drug testing and employee assistance. Over the last three years, Working Partners® has been applying finely honed skills in curriculum development and delivery to a broader spectrum of behavioral issues such as a mentor-training program for the U.S. Department of Justice and prescription drug abuse in the workplace for Cardinal Health Foundation.The company's developmental and operational hallmark stems from Dee's back ground and commitment to take complex subjects and milieus and make them understandable and accessible for every person.
