About Dee Williams
I realized in my first leadership position I had the opportunity to have an extraordinary effect on the lives of the people I worked with and for, my internal and external customers. Ordinary people with an EXTRAORDINARY responsibility I called it and when you have a large say in whether someone loses their job or earns a job I think it fits. That first position made me realize the importance of developing and coaching my internal customers. It made me realize how developing bench strength and succession planning should begin at entry-level positions and not just the executive suite. To that end, I offer e-learning, instructor-led, train the trainer and workshop creation, delivery experience in non-profit, higher education and publicly traded organizations. It is my responsibility to position my customers, students, my teams and my clients for success. Part of that is done by understanding them, what they want, what they've done and what they are willing to do and working from that point forward. Whether building or maintaining a high performing team, understanding my team members and tapping into what matters to them is essential and what has made me successful. Moving forward intentionally and aiding my teams in understanding how data analysis, our individual and team metrics and strategy extend beyond the team to organizational success has been a goal and accomplishment.
