With over 28 years’ experience in the finance field, I have acquired a vast array of skills and knowledgein both the corporate and not-for profit sector in South Africa and the region.I have an understanding of the intricacies of managing international donor funds and skilled ininstituting policies and procedures which conform to the highest standards of fiduciary oversight andcontrols. As the Head of Finance I together with my Finance Team currently manage a sizeableorganisational budget and frequently advises other non-governmental organisations on good practicemodels of corporate governance and risk management strategies. I am also a member of the SouthAfrican Institute of Professional accountants (SAIPA) and required to maintain my annual CPD hours.Which allows me to keep abreast of changes in the accounting, tax and auditing field.
