Provides physical, psychosocial, and educational evaluation, needs assessment, intervention, and critical care to low and high-risk antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum patients Assess low to moderate risk newborns while providing necessary interventions Provides pre-operative, OR, and PACU care during scheduled surgeries and emergent situations Demonstrates motivation and creativity while serving as a catalyst for effective changes within the labor and delivery unit and institutional level.
