Deena Siblock was named COO of Belgravia Hartford in July 2020 and appointed a member of the Board of Directors on May 29, 2020. Ms. Siblock serves as a member of the Nominating, Governance and Compensation Committee of the Board. Previously, she acted as VP Corporate Affairs and has worked at Belgravia since May 2016. Ms. Siblock has distinguished herself as a leader in corporate governance, implementing a comprehensive governance program for the Board of Directors and demonstrating exceptional commitment and motivational skills.Ms. Siblock has over 20 year’s corporate governance and communications experience, co-heading a Communications Advisory Committee including engagement with shareholders, vendors, suppliers and community stakeholders. Ms. Siblock currently also serves as VP Corporate Development of Nexus Gold Corp. since October 30, 2020 and has acted as Corporate Secretary of several publicly listed companies. Her experience in the mining sector includes copper, aluminum, molybdenum, and potash and has worked for various mining companies.
