I am fortunate to be able to utilize my extensive marketing and communications background to promote and help raise funds for this incredible organization! Relaunching our website, managing content, planning and executing fundraising and marketing efforts, as well as sharing information and stories with our staff, families, guardians and donors is my pleasure because I am lucky enough to know the extraordinary individuals we care for. Managed and ensured the timely and relevant dissemination of information to corporate headquarters employees and 250 regional sales people. Introduced monthly employee e-newsletter and quarterly company update, collaborating with senior management and production teams on content and design. Created and shared new employee, team or company announcements as needed. Developed and coordinated distribution of press releases for company and new product announcements. Coordinated with Social Media Manager on social content and production of corporate videos. Supervised ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) Committee as well as Activities Committee for internal events and corporate citizenship efforts. Proposed and implemented Change Management Plan during re-structuring and downsizing.

Collaborated with Marketing Director and graphic design team on conceptualization, copy, design and implementation of all marketing initiatives, including: website content, e-mail communications, print collateral, national/regional print and online advertising and direct mail campaigns. Assisted with event marketing and logistics for industry trade shows and company 'Showcases'.

Led marketing and fundraising efforts for three skilled nursing facilities, an assisted living community and various support programs.
