I am a leader in reclaiming our wholeness and living from the heart--whether its creating a home that you love or finding that home within. Home is a place where we connect both we ourselves and with the people we love. When we are at home within ourselves, we are more able to be at home with others.There are many facets that need acknowledging in order to unblock the flow of our natural way of being. Blocks may show up as health issues – usually something chronic and unresolved – or habits and behaviors that are difficult to change. Sometimes it is a longing for something more but no idea of what or how to get there.Through a compassionate coaching relationship, I guide my clients to a more intimate relationship with themselves, getting to know what's in the way of the things they truly want out of life. We befriend and unburden these parts, such as the inner critic, the strict manager or the parts that put the blinders on and just want to check out. By witnessing and understanding these inner saboteurs, we learn what their noble purpose is, making transformation possible and lasting. By also exploring lifestyle choices, such as nutrition, physical activity, relationships, sleep, and environment, I’m able to support my clients in a positive feedback loop – they eat and sleep better, which leads to feeling better, which creates an optimistic outlook, opening their hearts to what might need tending inside, which means they feel even better to make supportive lifestyle choices. The loop goes around again, ultimately leading to a spiral that takes them upward to their goal/purpose, inward to their Self, and outward to connection with others. Of course, creating a physical home that feels safe, authentic and heart-centered is an important part of living in our wholeness. I still love houses and all the things that our physical home means to us. Our homes need to support us in being true to what matters most. There needs to be a flow that works with our life and an aesthetic that feels comforting and congruent with who we are. I am also available for consultations to create a home that you love, with a process that feels warm, personal and reassuring.
