Our role is to reach out to these owners and help them to navigate the program, returning their property to compliance and removing them from REAP. Since The Eberly Company was awarded the contract, HCIDLA is closing 22% more cases than they are opening, and the open case time has been reduced to 5 months from 16 months in 2010.The Eberly Company’s unique approach to management includes complete hands on management from Charles Eberly, Cynthia Eberly, and Deena Eberly.
