Acquisition Division (November 2017 - Present) - Receive order request from staff of Sunway University and Sunway College - Technical process of acquisition division - Receive items delivered by suppliers - Process new books and audiovisual material (first level) according to set procedures - Liaison with lecturers and suppliers pertaining to requests or orders as and when necessary. Circulation division (January - October 2017) - Perform counter duty at service counter - Maintain stack order - Assisting users in using library services - Perform surveillance duties at the Extended Hour Area (Mezzanine Level) - Assist in registration of new library users - Assist in the maintenance of a conducive study atmosphere and tidiness in library areas - Ensure security and safety of library before closing time - Assist in Library exhibitions and visits - Quality Management System - Security of library area
