This role involves Jira project software management, developing software user guides and training internal and external employees, as well as creating Microsoft Visio flowcharts for project management. I also monitor and manage project issues, milestones, risks and action items for the customer projects. Additionally, I perform a variety of administrative tasks including distribution list management and meeting and calendar scheduling.

In this role I have been responsible for the end to end project billing involving approximately $2 million/month billing cycle on one of IBM's largest integrated accounts - NAB.I also successfully trained a number of staff in India when elements of this process moved offshore.
