Senior Project Manager
CurrentConsultant and strategist for the Community Health and Education leadership.▪️Promote alignment with Children’s vision, strategy, and balanced scorecard measures across a department of 95 people in 7 service lines.▪️Drive the implementation and completion of the triennial implementation of the Children’s Community Health Assessment and Community Health Improvement Strategy required to maintain IRS non-profit status. ▪️Engage with Children’s leadership, the Milwaukee Health Care Partnership, Fox Valley Community Health Improvement Coalition, Children’s School Health Collaborative, Community Health and Education program teams and other stakeholders to address social determinants of health and promote health equity. ▪️Develop impact stories to demonstrate program outcomes and assure the distribution to stakeholders through Children’s Communications and Community Benefits, and the Children’s Foundation.▪️Advance strategic priorities through completion of projects such as a Care Integration Cohort, Community Health and Education year end reflection, and youth photovoice.
