Leading Multiple Oncology Studies (In-House & Outsourced) Working Closely With Cross - functional Team and POC for Stakeholders.

• Responsible for creating, validating and executing a range of SAS programs and apply extensive domain knowledge in the programming of datasets, tables, figures and listings for quality and accuracy. • Working on multiple projects in parallel, including ongoing coaching and mentorship of individual team members. In this client facing role, I am responsible for programming deliverables for complex assignments, for example a portfolio of studies with a client/project. I will invest in building long term relationships with clients in a partnership role.• In the role of technical expert, I am required to take ownership for documentation and technical training of relevant solutions.• Providing support to the senior director of SAS Programming in the delegation of assigned duties as appropriate, including the interviewing and selection of staff within his/her -jurisdiction, as well as input into the appraisal process. • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to individual team members (including remote teams) to enhance performance and achieve study goals. • Develop and foster client relationships through effective project management and communication.
