Current- Provides full cycle, end to end staffing solutions for the sourcing, recruitment, onboarding and retention of Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Licensed clinical social workers, and other mental health clinicians, for a.
- With a strong understanding of both state and federal CMS regulations, negotiates pay and bonuses, conducts all onboarding tasks, assists with credentialing, training, travel, and mentorship of new team members.
- Identifies and arranges travel to facilitate and/or participate in job fairs, job seminars, and association meetings, conferences and other professional events as needed for each market
- Maintains proficient applicant tracking and documentation for all new hires.
- Completes background checks, reference checks e-verifications, verifications, verification of credentialing documents, review of contracts and non-complete agreements.
- Manages a rotation of approximately 50 requisitions monthly and keeps all members of each team updates on each requisition weekly via TEAMS meetings.
