Current• Provides full cycle, end to end staffing solutions for the sourcing, recruitment, onboarding and retention of Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Licensed clinical social workers, and other mental health clinicians, for a multi-million, multi-state psychology practice covering 2000 plus facilities in 30 states.• With a strong understanding of both state and federal CMS regulations, negotiates pay and bonuses, conducts all onboarding tasks, assists with credentialing, training, travel, and mentorship of new team members.• Identifies and arranges travel to facilitate and/or participate in job fairs, job seminars, and association meetings, conferences and other professional events as needed for each market• Maintains proficient applicant tracking and documentation for all new hires.• Completes background checks, reference checks e-verifications, verifications, verification of credentialing documents, review of contracts and non-complete agreements.• Manages a rotation of approximately 50 requisitions monthly and keeps all members of each team updates on each requisition weekly via TEAMS meetings.• Collaborates with multidisciplinary hiring authorities companywide to discern needs, identify new business development opportunities, provide recruiting and retention strategies, and suggest on-going improvement opportunities to current process and policies.
