This IBL opportunity gave me broad experiences as an on-site engineer, allowing me to apply the theoretical knowledge I had learned at university while also gaining practical skills. I worked primarily under the Southern Program Alliance working on the Melbourne Central Fire Safety Upgrade. This experience has taught me to adapt swiftly to learning new engineering fields as I had very minimal knowledge of Civil Engineering. It was necessary to educate myself in this field while simultaneously completing assigned tasks and integrating my mechatronics knowledge into the project. Additionally, I was required to be versatile undertaking multiple responsibilities ranging from: - coordinating with the finance team and numerous suppliers for material procurement,- verifying subcontractor monthly cost claims alongside general cost tracking and recording,- assisting with planning and organising crew and material for each week of works,- applying and preparing permits and safety documents for work to continue,- creating presentations to outline the program for different stages of the project

Monash Club Awards Winner 2022 - Club of the Year Category C- Part of KASA Ball 2021 Subcommittee focusing on Logistics, engaged in weekly meetings to plan for the ball.- Helped set up the venue and also partook in hosting guests, introducing various entertainment acts and awarding special prizes while keeping patrons engaged and entertained.- Part of KASA retreat Subcommittee focusing on Logistics- Assisting with running events and writing marketing material for KASA Facebook, Instagram and TikTok that is engaging and reaching over 3000+ individuals.
