I delivered guidance to parents regarding contract terms and conditions. Coordinated the online waiting lists. I governed the enrolment registration process for tuition and communicated to parents on all aspects of waiting times. Collaborated with the Accounts Department to provide invoice guidance and customer account reconciliation and resolve invoice disputes. Designed analysis reports to highlight individual teacher revenue income streams to assist the Director with the effective management of teachers' workload contributions to the school operations against head count targets. This analysis data was delivered to HOD, stakeholders, including The Board of Governors.
