As President of the Baltimore Area Concierge Association monthly meetings are created with speakers who are VIP's in the Hospitality industry. The Association members are hotel associates and local business establishments and attractions.Membership grows each month with a average meeting attendance of 60-80 people.Networking events are also held each month for the members of the hospitality community.

They can tweet their request and I will tweet the information back so they can enjoy the city. I also organize wine tours of the wineries so visitors can better learn and enjoy the wines of the state of Maryland.I am there as a concierge for all who visit the city to have a memorable and unforgettable stay as they visit the city

While a Concierge for the Baltimore Ravens I manned the concierge desk so attendees could enjoy the game and also obtain directions to attractions and restaurants of the city.

Lead Concierge - Created the position and the concierge desk for the opening of the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront. Developed, set-up and organized the concierge desk where guest of the hotel could get tickets to events, limousine services, car rentals, restaurant reservations, tours of city and nations capitol, flowers for events or special evening, sitter arrangements, direction cards including description of requested service and much more. Maintained schedule of concierges for the team. Maintained the brochure and other travel material for guest information. Created personalized emails to guest thanking them for their stay.

Lead Concierge- Advised, solved and coordinated requests made by hotel guest. Maintained reservations for airline personal who were guest of the hotel. Made reservations and confirmations for airlines, restaurants, sporting events, limousines, shuttles, arranged parties, ordered flowers, tour guides and personal shopping.
