Windows issues. L1 Networking and troubleshooting (More than 3000 users of HSBC K1 and K2).• Performing monitoring activities such as alert monitoring, network Bandwidth utilization monitoring, and system health check to mitigate avoidable production-impacting issues. Maintaining Network maps and device lists for the purpose.• Record and classify Incidents received and undertake an immediate effort in order to restore a failed IT Service• Triaging, Troubleshooting & User query resolution• Participate in status meetings and support calls• Create /Maintain KB/SOP’s as necessary• Managing multiple stakeholders and coordinating with the Onsite team• Password Reset• Proven ability to build strong client relationships through good communication and Interpersonal skills.• Handling, Investigating, diagnosing, and resolving all Outlook, Share Drive, AD, and Application related problems.• Remote support for the client Servers using remote administration• Worked on Server related issues, Understanding capacity planning, and performance monitoring.
