My Roles & Responsiblities are -1. Content design for training modules, workbooks and Teacher guide in Literacy and Numeracy ( FLN)2. To plan, manage and execute trainings in different program states.3.To conduct training for teachers, KRPs, and internal team cap building.

Teacher Educator (Language and Perspactive of Education)Azim Premji Foundation1) Facilitating trainings and content development on subject specific in collaboration withDistrict Institute for Education and Training (DIET) in District Tonk, Rajasthan.2) Organizing and facilitating various workshops on perspective of education like howchildren learn, child psychology, behavior and learning as well as on different teachingpractices, subject based pedagogical approaches in District Tonk and other districts ofRajasthan.3)Facilitating In-service teachers training as a Master trainer and conduct training needanalysis through teachers study and develop modules to address their needs and do impactassessment of the same by tracking their improvement through tracker and find out theoutcomes and challenges of teachers and learners.4)On-site support to teachers through regular school visits and demonstrate child centricpedagogy.5) Mentor and coordination of subject team and geographical team.6)To prepare annual plans of subject and block team and then review it, Also write highlightsand reports of various events organized by us.7) Partnership & coordination with different stake holders (DEEO, BEEO, BRC & DIETetc.)8)Initiating Voluntary Teachers Forums, a platform for continues teacher’s professionaldevelopment.
